Morrow Umatilla County Drinking Water Investigation 2024-2026
The Roadmap Project’s Steering Committee was officially appointed by the respective Board of Commissioners for Morrow and Umatilla Counties. The scope of work of the EPA grant identified the formation of a Steering Committee to provide advisory input during the project. The Steering Committee is not a decision-making body. The members were recommended by Morrow County staff to the joint Board of Commissioners and were accepted unanimously during their March 13, 2024 joint meeting. Because of the technical nature of the research project, the Steering Committee is comprised of the Planning Directors and Public Health Directors from each county, two representatives from academia (OSU and EOU) and a representative from industry.
